More details about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s new home have been revealed.

Earlier this week, the couple confirmed that they recently purchased their first home in the US, which is based in Santa Barbara.

The Daily Mail has since confirmed that Harry and Meghan purchased a nine-bedroom and 16-bathroom mansion in upscale Montecito on June 18 for $14,650,000.

The 18,000-square-foot home, which was built in 2003, is located close to properties owned by their celebrity pals, including Ellen DeGeneres and Oprah Winfrey.

On Wednesday, sources told the newspaper that the couple purchased the home with help from Prince Charles.

A source said: “Charles had been keen to help out and put his hand in his own pocket to assist. He is devoted to both his sons and any time he can assist them he always will.”

However, a different source has told Page Six that Harry and Meghan “bought this house without help from [the royal] family.”

“Meghan and Harry finally feel like they are on their own, and it feels great. It’s truly theirs and they can’t wait to make it a home,” their source said.
