Kendall Jenner’s “stalker” has been convicted for trespassing – but not stalking.

Shavaughn McKenzie was charged in early August for stalking the model and trespassing on her California home.

The 20-year-old admitted before that she didn’t feel safe in her home because of the 25-year-old man’s actions.

A California judge has ruled today that Shavaughn is not guilty on the charge of misdemeanor stalking, but the jury did find him guilty for trespassing, as reported by E! News.

The trespasser will be sentenced for the single charge on November 11th.
