Tom Holland has gushed over his girlfriend Zendaya’s Met Gala look.
The actress was co-chair of the 2024 fundraiser alongside Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, and Chris Hemsworth.
Although the Spiderman actor did not attend the event with his girlfriend, he took to Instagram to gush over her stunning looks from the night.
The British star shared two snaps of Zendaya to his Instagram with the simple but sweet caption: “😍😍😍.”
The gala’s co-chair showed two red carpet looks at the biggest night in fashion – the first was a blue and green gown by Maison Margiela’s John Galliano.
She returned to the red carpet for a second look wearing a Givenchy dress.
The look was completed with a stunning floral headpiece from Alexander McQueen’s spring/summer 2007 collection by Philip Treacy.
The headwear by the Irish designer mimicked the look of an unusual colourful bouquet of flowers.
The dress code for this year’s fundraiser was “The Garden of Time”, as attendees were invited to celebrate the Costume Institute’s new exhibition, “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.”
The couple ,who met on the set of their Spider-Man movies, have been romantically linked since 2016.
However, their romance rumours were not confirmed until they were spotted holding hands in public in 2021.
In her Vogue cover story, Zendaya offered a glimpse of their relationship, sharing what it has been like seeing her boyfriend deal with fame since 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming.
“We were both very, very young, but my career was already kind of going, and his changed overnight,” the Disney Channel alum said.
“One day you’re a kid and you’re at the pub with your friends, and then the next day you’re Spider-Man.”
“I definitely watched his life kind of change in front of him,” she added. “But he handled it really beautifully.”
