Drake’s security guard has reportedly been shot outside of the rapper’s Canadian home.
Toronto police have reported that a security guard was shot “overnight” outside Drake’s house.
The shocking report comes amid an extreme war of words that Drake has become embroiled in with US rap rival Kendrick Lamar.
According to Toronto Police suspects in a vehicle “shot” the security guard at around 2:00am local time.
It has yet to be reported whether Drake was at home at the time of the shooting and whether or not the rapper was the real target.
It remains unclear if Drake was at home when the incident occurred or whether he was a target of the shooting.
Witnesses told media that the victim had sustained “gunshot wounds”, including one to his chest.
Over the past few days Drake and Kendrick Lamar have increased their bitter feud by releasing songs dissing each other.
Among several serious allegations Drake has accused Kendrick of domestic abuse, while Kendrick has accused Drake of having an 11-year-old daughter that he shields from the public.
