Booze: Dermot battled to beat the booze

Last month, I decided to use hypnosis to cut down on my drinking. I don’t really drink more than anyone else but the hangovers were really wrecking my head.

“I also felt like there were two versions of me – a “good” side that loves exercise, early nights and porridge aaaaand a “bad” side that likes to drink dirty big pints, open wine on a Wednesday and occasionally, after a few shots, wear traffic cones on my head,” he said.

The first part of the podcast is available here.
