Zayn Malik is set to star in his new TV show about a boyband.
The singer created the show, Boys, with Entourage producer Dick Wolf – which is said to be inspired by One Direction.
“Zayn has started talks with his fellow producers about him appearing in a couple of episodes of Boys,” a source claimed.

The 23-year-old will be following in the footsteps of his former bandmate Harry Styles, who will star in Christopher Nolan’s Dunkirk alongside Cillian Murphy and Tom Hardy.
“He is really keen to kick of his acting career and sees this as the perfect opportunity to do so, especially as he will have a lot of creative control,” the source told The Sun.
It won’t be the singer’s first time appearing on camera, having found fame with his old band on ITV’s The X Factor.
