Liam Payne has reportedly bought Cheryl a massive diamond ring, sparking rumours of an engagement may be happening soon.
The 1D star has reportedly bought the Girls Aloud singer a black diamond and ruby ring for her 33rd birthday on Thursday, causing people to assume he’s about to get down on bended knee very soon.
The 22-year-old has been dating the singer for eight months, and people are already placing bets on when the two will get engaged this year.
“At first it looked like the relationship would struggle to see out the month,” William Hill spokesman, Joe Crilly, admitted.
Things have definitely changed, as Joe says the odds of them marrying are from 6-1 to 4-1.
“But the pair have confounded the doubters and a proposal may not be out of the question,” Joe revealed to The Daily Star.
The pair will have to wait though, as Cheryl is still married to her ex, French businessman Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini.
They filed for divorce in December last year after 18 months of marriage.
Jean-Bernard is also moving on from their marriage, as he was spotted recently with Made in Chelsea star, Nicola Hughes.
