Virgin Media star Síomha Ní Ruairc enjoys rowdy hen do in Dingle ahead of wedding to Cathal Pendred

Síomha Ní Ruairc has shared some snaps from her rowdy hen do in Dingle.

The Ireland AM presenter got engaged to her longterm beau Cathal Pendred on Leap Day in 2020, when she popped the question.

Ahead of their big day in June, the gaeilgeoir travelled to the west of Ireland with her closest friends and family for her hen party this weekend.

The bride-to-be was joined by some well-known faces, including her Grá ar an Trá co-host James Kavanagh.

Today FM presenter and fellow gaeilgeoir Louise Cantillon was also in attendance.

The bridal party kicked off the celebrations with some pints of Guinness at the popular Dick Mack’s pub, where Síomha was dressed in a white fitted dress and cream denim jacket, which she completed with a white veil and sunglasses.

She later changed into a white floral-appliqué mini dress, which she wore with the same veil and matching white heels, as they continued the party into the early hours of the morning.

The Virgin Media presenter proposed to former MMA star turned actor Cathal Pendred on Leap Day in 2020.

At the time, she wrote on Instagram: “Scariest thing I have done in my whole life but it was so so worth it. I couldn’t be happier. Báite i ngrá leat. #leapyear.”

After a four year engagement, the couple will tie the knot in June.

Speaking to RSVP Live recently, the bride-to-be said: “It’s not going to be huge, but it’s snowballed into a little bit bigger than what we were first expecting.”
