Kendall Jenner is said to have upped her security while in Paris for the Victoria Secret’s Fashion Show.
The model was in the city at the same time her sister was bound and gagged by robbers who made off with jewellery worth millions of dollars.
An insider said that her security while she was in the French capital was “sky high.”
The model reportedly kept to herself during the whole production and wouldn’t do any press interviews, even hiding at one point.
“[She]Â wanted nothing to do with anyone except the people doing her hair and make-up, her handler and [friend] Gigi Hadid,” an insider told New York Post’s Page Six.
“Kendall wouldn’t do press interviews and was actually hiding at one point. One reporter asked her a question and she literally ignored her. She just kept looking at pictures of herself on her phone.”
A spokesperson for Victoria’s Secret admitted that they take every precaution needed to make sure their models are safe and enjoy the show.
“The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is a high-profile event and we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our team and guests no matter what city we’re in,” they told the publication.
