The What Do You Mean singer is teaming up with his manager Scooter Braun to sign new artists.
“Justin, Scooter and their lawyers are working on creating their own record label in partnership with Universal where Justin will sign his own artists,” a source revealed.

The Canadian reportedly spoke to Drake for advice on his new career move.
“With the help of Scooter, he wants to create a label which would allow him to pick up performers that he believes in and do for them what Usher did for him,” the source told The Sun.
“He wants to make sure he is still a big player in the music industry even when his own music career starts to die down.”
