Harry Judd has chopped off his finger while filming Cooking With The Stars.
The McFly star, who is expecting his third child with his wife Izzy, is one of the famous faces appearing on the culinary contest – which kicks off next week.
While preparing a meal, the 35-year-old sliced off a part of his finger, but was so pumped with adrenaline that he didn’t notice straight away.
Host Emma Wallis told The Sun: “[Harry] cut himself within the first two minutes – the first chop he made he took the end of his little finger off.”
“He did his cooking racing towards the end, adrenaline pumping. He plated everything up, kind of stood back and just took it all in.”
Harry was tended to “immediately” by a show medic, but he wasn’t the only celeb on the show that faced an injury.
The drummer will compete against comedian Johnny Vegas, dancer Shirley Ballas, West End star Denise van Outen, actor Griff Rhys-Jones, DJ and songwriter Naughty Boy, former Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley and TV presenter AJ Odudu in the show.
Emma said: “Johnny Vegas cut himself at the start and Shirley too, and Denise can’t use sharp knives, so she used blunt knives for everything.”
Cooking With The Stars starts Tuesday, July 13 at 9pm on ITV.Â
