Gillian Quinn celebrated the La Bucca Restaurant in Meath winning the Best Chicken Wings in Ireland Award on the Ray D’Arcy show.
A shortlist of the top 10 venues with tasty chicken wings was whittled down to a final three who were invited to the radio studio  for a hotly contested chicken wing tasting showdown.
This wingdown featured guest celebrity judges Nick Munier, maître d’ and restaurant manager of Hell’s Kitchen and Masterchef Ireland fame, and Gearóid Farrelly, a household name on the Irish comedy scene, joining D’Arcy in deciding who deserved the delicious accolade.

Gillan is not  only one who has discovered the gastronomic delights at the renowned local eatery.
Famous faces from the worlds of music, acting and television such as Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy along with wife Lisa and son Jay, Johnny Logan, Samantha Mumba and Liam Cunningham.
Martin King and wife Jenny McCarthy, John Finnerty, Brendan O’Carroll and the Mrs Brownes Boys cast are also regulars along with other well known celebrities Dylan McGrath and Ronan Barry.Â
