The singer revealed his son's illness last week

Michael Buble’s son has reportedly been diagnosed with liver cancer.

The singer revealed on his wife Luisana Lopilato Facebook earlier this month that his 3-year-old is battling cancer.

Argentinian news site Gente has since claimed that Michael’s eldest son Noah is undergoing chemotherapy for liver cancer.

Luisana’s sister Daniela spoke out about her nephew’s illness, and said that she has faith Noah will overcome this.

“If God wanted it to be discovered that way, it’s because he wants to save Noah,” she told the publication.

“Cancer is a horrible illness but we have faith in Noah being able to overcome this.

“We know he will. The time to start a long and very difficult treatment has come but it’s got to be done.

“They say children are normally strong to put up with chemotherapy and my nephew is a warrior.
