The famous couple tied the knot in 2014 and share four children

Kim Kardashian has reportedly been meeting with divorce lawyers, after Kanye West made some shocking statements on Twitter this week.

In a series of tweets this morning, which have since been deleted, the 43-year-old said he’s been “trying to get divorced” ever since Kim met fellow rapper Meek Mill at a Criminal Justice Reform Summit two years ago.

Kanye’s latest Twitter rant comes amid concerns he’s in the middle of a serious bipolar episode.

An insider has since told Us Weekly: “Kim has been meeting with lawyers to explore and talk about divorce.”

Another source claimed the reality star “wanted to make it work” in the past “because of their children”, but this time he’s “crossed a line”.

The insider said: “She’s tried so hard to help him, but now Kim and her family feel as though he’s really crossed a line by talking negatively about them publicly and sharing private family matters with the public.”

“She feels helpless at this point.”

The news comes after Kanye claimed in since-deleted tweets that he’s been trying to divorce Kim ever since she met fellow rapper Meek Mill at a Criminal Justice Reform Summit two years ago.

This morning, the 43-year-old tweeted: “They tried to fly in with 2 doctors to 51/50 me. I been trying to get divorced since Kim met with Meek at the Warldolf for ‘prison reform’.”

“Meek is my man and was respectful That’s my dog Kim was out of line.”

Kanye appeared to be referring to the time Kim and Meek spoke at the inaugural Criminal Justice Reform Summit in Los Angeles in November 2018.

The rapper, who shares four kids with Kim, also shared a screenshot of two texts he sent Kris Jenner, which read: “This Ye, you ready to talk now or re still avoiding my call?”

His second message read: “This Ye, you wanna talk or go to war?”

He captioned the screenshot: “White supremacy at its highest no cap.”

Kanye later tweeted: “Kris and Kim put out a statement without my approval … that’s not what a wife should do White supremacy”, adding: “Says the future President.”

The father-of-four has sent a number of cryptic messages to Kim and Kris on Twitter, following his first presidential rally speech on Monday – where he broke down revealing he stopped Kim from aborting their daughter North.

Sources have claimed Kim is “furious” with Kanye over his latest statements.

An insider told The Sun: “Kim says she’s living through the worst nightmare of her life right now.”

“She’s furious about how this will affect their kids, and feels incredibly sad for North. For Kanye to bring that up, to say it in public without giving her the chance to add context or explain what was going on, is such a betrayal for her.”

“She’s also terrified for Kanye and his safety. Normally Kanye is so private that he won’t let the reality show cameras film in their house and has a long list of rules around filming their children, so for him to say something so private so publicly, something is very wrong,” the insider continued.

“Originally Kim was happy that Kanye chose to go to Wyoming as he’s always calmer when he’s there. Now she’s regretting it.”
