Another celebrity couple have split as Halle Berry and french actor Olivier Martinez’s divorce is finalised.
The couple married in 2015 but announced they were ending their relationship in October this year.
They both filed divorce papers in Los Angeles, but Olivier subsequently dropped his claim to allow Halle to remain the sole petitioner, as per California law.

According to TMZ.com, Halle and Oliver are officially divorced and will share physical and legal custody of their three-year-old son Maceo.
The couple supposedly have only decided on custody issues with property still left for discussion despite having a prenup, according to the publication.
