Love Island: All Stars’ Chris Taylor has revealed that he and his fellow islanders got “shouted” at by producers during recouplings.
The 33-year-old exited the villa after bombshell Adam Maxted chose to couple up with Arabella Chi on the show, which ended last Monday.
Chris and Arabella were paired the night before his exit as the islanders chose to dump his partner Joanna Chimonides from the villa.
During a Q&A session with fans on Instagram, Chris has revealed that the All Stars cast were often “boll***ed” for not remaining still while filming in between speeches during recoupling scenes.
In the video posted to his stories, he said filming the recoupling scenes would take “three to four hours.”
He continued: “Basically in between every speech or text they have to get shots for like 10 or 15 minutes and we have to remain absolutely silent and still and not move.”
“Basically everyone in there had ADHD. So just loads of like laughing and fidgeting and we got boll**ed all the time for that – it’s not an easy job.”
Chris lasted 26 days in the villa.
Chris’ time in the South African mansion was full of ups and downs, from Georgia Harrison, Hannah Elizabeth and Kaz Kamwi all stepping forward for him on day one to his heated argument with Arabella.
Speaking on the Love Island: The Morning After podcast about his experience, he said: “The girls that lined up for me, they became my best friends in there. I had a different connection with those girls, I wouldn’t say it was one of sexual chemistry.”
“Obviously it was amazing that they lined-up next to me and I still to this day think it was a prank but there just wasn’t that there with those three girls.”
Chris also had an unsuccessful romance with islander Joanna during his time in the villa.
Despite the pair initially getting close, Joanna shut the relationship down and told Chris he was “too jokey” for her.

However, Chris has cleared the air and reassured fans that there are no hard feelings between the pair.
The 27-year-old said: “It was a very nice, very long chat, most of which I was just watching Joanna do stuff on FaceTime and speaking to her sister. She was unpacking her suitcase. We were just talking.”
