Model Roz Purcell has revealed she’ll be fleeing her other half this Christmas – when she jets to Lanzarote.
The Tipperary beauty will be keeping up the trend of going to the Club La Santa in Lanzarote with her family for the holidays, where she went boyfriend Bressie last year.
But Bressie told Goss.ie that he’ll be staying at home, as his mum will “kill him” if he doesn’t come back to Mullingar.

And Roz, 24, admitted she does miss spending Christmas at home.
She added: “I’m going away again. One year I will spend it at home. I would actually love to spend it at home again.
“I really wanted to spend it at home this year because you miss that crisp cold air on Christmas Day and a proper Christmas dinner. I don’t think I’ve had that in ages.
“But we’re going away to the sports camp that we always go to. It’s in Lanzarote and we’re going for ten days. Usually we go for two or three weeks.
“My family will probably stay longer but I want to get home for New Year’s.”
Launch: Roz supported Make-A-Wish Ireland and Fairy’s festive campaign | BRIAN MCEVOY
Speaking at the launch of Make-A-Wish Ireland and Fairy’s festive campaign, Roz said she sees completing the Ironman Challenge in Austria last May as her highlight of her year.
She added: “It was seven months of hard training and I think it proved that if I really put my mind to something I can do it. Just finishing something like that was a real highlight.”
