Model Jessica Hayes and Galway hurler Joe Canning are officially an item!
The pair who were introduced before Christmas have gone public with their relationship.
However, the new power couple weren’t necessarily looking for love when they met as they were both exceptionally busy striving for more success in their respective careers.
Speaking to the Irish Mail on Sunday last year the former Miss Ireland said humour was a key character trait she required from any potential suitors and wasn’t sure whether their was truth to her boss, Courtney O’Hara’s claims that men were intimidated by her beauty.
“I have been single for some time now, I am just focused on work and getting established in London.”
“I wouldn’t say that guys are intimidated but Courtney does say that they can be.”
The pair seem well suited having both done a lot of charity work throughout their careers, Joe for Unicef and Jess for Cry Ireland.
