Andrew Scott to swap the film set for stage in new role

Spectre star Andrew Scott has been announced to star in the UK première of Richard Greenberg’s The Dazzle.

The show is based in New York City at the beginning of the 20th Century where two brothers sit in their home among 136 tons of hoarded junk.

The pair wallow in their mess until a beautiful guest arrives and throws everybody’s lives into sharp focus.

According to WhatsOnStage, the Dubliner will star as one of the brothers in the play which opens on 15th December until 30th January 2016 in London’s FOUND111.

The 38-year-old is no stranger to the stage having won a famed Olivier Award in 2005 for his theatre work.

Meanwhile, the Spectre actor has remained tight-lipped over his role in the new 007 film – which hits cinemas on Monday.
