Louise Duffy dumped from Today FM slot – as Dermot & Dave take over slot

DJ duo Dermot & Dave will replace Louise Duffy when they start at Today FM in September.

The 98FM pair were announced as joining the station last month – although bosses have yet to reveal a slot.

Now it has emerged they are taking over the lunchtime 12pm to 2.30pm slot – which Paul Galvin’s fiancee currently occupies.

“Dermot and Dave start in Today FM on Monday and will be spending the next month preparing for their first show,” a source told the Irish Sun.

However it is unknown what Louise will present following the arrival of Dermot & Dave.

It will be a massive blow for the 28-year-old after being handed the slot earlier this year when KC moved back to Cork.

Previously, Dermot & Dave had been linked to Tony Fenton’s slot between 2.30pm and 4pm after he took time off for cancer treatment.
