Eoghan McDermott could be heading back to the UK.
The 2fm presenter has been working in London for the last few years, after presenting a show on XFM.
Now the RTE star has admitted he wants to return, claiming hosts can stop doing well in Ireland.
“I see people I really rate as presenters, fall out of favour,” he explained.

“It can happen in a season, or a change of commissioner and that’s why I don’t feel like I want to rely on Ireland,” he told TV Now magazine.
The Voice of Ireland co-host has been extra busy filling in for Louise McSharry as well as hosting his own show at the weekend on 2fm.
Eoghan used to present a radio show on Xfm in London.

Meanwhile the 31-year-old has landed himself in hot water in the past with his sharp tongue.
He called Rita Ora an a****** after meeting her in a club in London.
But the Dubliner said he wants to move on from the scandal: “I don’t want to be defined by that comment in terms of Rita Ora forever.”

“That was only one time and that was my experience of her,” he added.
The modest presenter said “That’s not to say if I met her now she wouldn’t be perfectly lovely!”
While Eoghan is looking to move back to the UK, the TV host is currently dating Dublin-based model Jo Archbold.
