She is a best selling author and TV show creator, but Cecelia Ahern is not a good actress.
The daughter of Bertie Ahern has admitted she filmed scenes for her new movie Love,Rosie, but her part has since been axed.
Love,Rosie is based on Cecelia’s novel Where Rainbows End, but admitted she had no say in the production.
“I can’t wait for it to come out. It was such a great thing to be involved in,” she said.
“I didn’t have a choice over anything but they kept me in the loop with production and casting.”

“I was an extra for a day but apparently they have cut out my scene. I ‘m trying not to take it personally.”
Speaking to the RTE Guide Cecelia revealed she would love to take more time off.
“I would see it happening again. I took a year off after The Book of Tomorrow,” she explained.
“I’d always thought if it gets to a point where it’s time to write a novel and I don’t have it in me or the idea, I don’t want to do it under duress.”
“So I did take a year off and that’s when I had my first baby. I think I would do that again, not any time soon, but it’s definitely a nice thing to do or else you burn out.”
