Tom Holland has gushed about his relationship with Zendaya, amid rumours they’re engaged.
The couple are notoriously private, but the 27-year-old gave a rare insight into their romance during a candid new interview.
Speaking on the SmartLess podcast, the British actor said: “I’m lucky that I have someone like Zendaya in my life.”
“It’s interesting being in a romantic relationship with someone that is in the same boat as you.
“You can share your experiences and all that sort of stuff. And that’s worth its weight in gold,” he added.
Tom and Zendaya were first linked in 2017, following their starring roles in Spider-Man: Homecoming – in which Tom played Peter Parker, and Zendaya portrayed his love interest Michelle.
After years of dating rumours, the pair finally confirmed their romance in July 2021 when they were papped kissing in Tom’s car in Los Angeles.
In recent months, fans have been questioning whether the couple are secretly engaged after spotting some “clues”.
Back in May, they added fuel to the fire when Zendaya was pictured with a fan hiding her left hand in her pocket.
Reacting to the viral photo, one fan tweeted: “Oh they’re getting married.”
Another asked: “when was the last time we saw their left hands?” and a third penned: “okay they getting a lil too adamant about covering their left hands.”
