David Koechner was arrested on New Year’s Eve in Simi Valley, California on a suspected DUI and hit-and-run.
According to TMZ, the 59-year-old allegedly ran into a street sign with his vehicle while driving under the influence.
The Anchorman star’s vehicle was towed and he was booked on December 31, 2021, and he was released on New Year’s Day.

The actor, who played Todd Packer in The Office, is due in Ventura County Superior Court on March 30.
David is due to start his upcoming comedy tour on January 6 in Rochester, New York.
The Missouri native currently stars in the new sports drama National Champions.
