Kim Kardashian’s make-up artist Mario Dedivanovic has revealed that he told to stop working with her, because she would “ruin” his career.
The make-up artist, otherwise known as MakeUpByMario, shared an image of a calendar that he has kept for over 10 years.
Written in the calendar was a job that was booked in for none other than Kim Kardashian.
Mario revealed to his fans that his agent at the time told him not to work with the KUWTK star, as his career would be ruined.
The agent also said that Mario’s career would end within a year or two.
Mario has been working with Kim ever since and admitted, “I chose to stick with Kim because it felt right in my heart. She was hard working, loyal and sweet. She kept me insanely busy. She appreciated me and my artistry and I had too much respect for her.”
The makeup artist also revealed that when he left his agency at the time, he was told, “Good luck, Mario because you will never get a Vogue cover working with her.”
Since then, Mario and Kim have well and truly proved that agent wrong, as Kim has now featured on six covers of Vogue.
Mario finished the post by revealing that on the 5th of April to the day he met the reality star, he will be launching his very own #KKWxMARIO collaboration with Kim’s brand KKW Beauty.
“I am so excited to finally announce that on April 5, 2018 – exactly 10 years to the day we met, our #KKWxMARIO collaboration with @kkwbeauty will launch,” he added.
