Ryan Tubridy has revealed he is leaving RTE for yet another stint at the BBC this month.
The RTE star will broadcast at the end of this month – but will be back for the Late Late Show.
And Tubs, 40, will also be over with the BBC for two weeks during the summer – after previously filling in for Graham Norton and Chris Evans.
He said: “I am going back to the Beeb this summer, I’ll be over in July. The same slot – the Simon Mayo slot.
“It’s only two weeks, and then I will do another week the week after next going into Good Friday. I don’t have the time to give them any more – I have to have some down time here.”
From his experience in the BBC, Tubridy last year wrote a book – The Irish Are Coming – about the link between the UK and Ireland.
