Tyra Banks defends Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid

Tyra Banks has defended Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid after they were called out by model Stephanie Seymour.

The former super model referred to them as “b****es of the moment” in an interview recently.

“If I cold talk to my 18-year-old self, I’d tell her that she will grow up and be a voice for all models,” Tyra revealed about her tough time starting out in the industry.

In an Instagram post, the 42-year-old admitted to the pain she felt whilst travelling the world.

“18 years old. Backstage at some grand fashion show. In Europe. France? Italy? Can’t remember.

“But what I DO remember is that even though I may look self-assured and confident, there was a lot of pain in my heart,” she wrote in a powerful post.

“There were roadblocks and people who wanted to halt my success, but the fire in my heart and support of my mother kept me going. “

The California native further revealed that she wished she could’ve told her younger self to stand up for women.

“If I could talk to my 18-year-old self, I’d tell her that she will grow up and be a voice for all models. For all women.

“If I could talk to my 18-year-old self, I’d tell her that she will grow up and be a voice for all models. For all women.

“That she will have a responsibility to speak up when she sees things awry,” she continued.

“Whe she sees women that are sisters having conflict, she must be bold.

“She must be unafraid. She must speak out.”
