Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are set to go to war as a custody battle looms.
The actor reportedly refused to sign a legal response to the 41-year-old’s divorce petition because it would set the stage for a nasty legal battle.
The Oceans 11 star has fears that it would cause great psychological damage to his kids.

Brad was supposed to file his legal response on earlier this week but missed the deadline.
“Brad wants joint legal and physical custody, but if he actually filed papers it would draw the battle lines,” a source told TMZ.
“Angelina wants sole physical custody, setting up a possible custody war.”

Angelina could apparently set the wheels in motion for a default judgement since Brad hasn’t responded to her petition.
But according to TMZ.com that won’t happen because she is keen on healing the family.
