Bouncer prepares to SUE Lil Wayne for battery

A bouncer at LA club Hyde is gearing up to sue Lil Wayne after a recent altercation.

The bouncer’s attorney, Arsineh Aghakhani from Los Angeles City Law, says she is preparing the lawsuit, TMZ reported. Her client claims the rapper punched him in the face last month.

Lil Wayne denies slugging the staffer – although he admits there was a brief dispute with the man.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the altercation started at the door.  Lil Wayne arrived at the club for a BET after-party he was hosting.

The rapper’s entourage got searched, and some of the group was turned away. That’s when the bouncer claims Wayne came up from behind and punched him in the face.

The star’s bodyguards also reportedly slammed the bouncer against a wall. The Hyde staffer went to the hospital to get treated for a dislocated jaw and shoulder injuries. He then filed a report with the Los Angeles Police Department.

Sources with Lil Wayne told TMZ that Wayne never attacked the guy – the bouncer just grabbed Wayne’s arm, not knowing who he was. The sources said the man later apologized, and actually worked in the rapper’s VIP section all night.

It seems the two parties have very different narratives of the event.
