Ellie Goulding has deleted her Instagram page after splitting with her husband Caspar Jopling

The two confirmed the end of their four-year marriage in February after it was revealed the songstress had moved on with surf instructor Armando Perez.

Fans have now noticed that it Ellie has vanished from social media, as her Instagram account is no longer available to view.

The singer had 14 million followers on the platform and she enjoyed keeping her fans updated on her life.

A source told The Sun about the spilt: “Ellie and Caspar have had a tough time these last couple of years figuring out what they want for their family.”

“However it’s now widely known in their social circles that, although they are still best friends and spend time together as co-parents, they decided to call time on their relationship and separated some time ago.”

The couple had been dating since 2017 and tied the knot two years later after a 12-month engagement.

The two welcomed their first child together, a son named Arthur, in 2021.

The musician updated her fans previously on her Instagram and wrote: “In light of recent stories, I feel I have been left with no choice but to let you all know that Caspar and I privately separated some time ago.”

“We remain the closest of friends and have been successfully co-parenting with our son’s best interests at heart. We are committed to protecting our family privacy and thank people in advance for respecting our wishes – we won’t be commenting further. Thank you.”

Friends of the couple told MailOnline: “Divorce is the only outcome” after two years of battling to save their relationship.

Ellie has been spotted looking cosy with a hunky surf instructor, Armando.

An insider said to The Sun: “Ellie and Armando seemed very into each other. They share a lot of interests including their love of nature and the ocean.”
