Defence: Ryan revealed that if female stars like Adele and Lady Gaga wanted to chat to him, they would have them | RTE
Despite having a female guest like Katie on the show, The Late Late Show has been overwhelmed with tweets from people complaining about the lack of female guests recently.
“I think it’s an unfair observation, we just fill the show. We get the best guests we can, some are men and some are women.
“Put it this way, if Robbie Williams or Michael Buble want to come on, we will take them.
“If Adele and Lady Gaga want to come on, do you think we wouldn’t take them? We get the best guests we can regardless of their gender,” he added.
