Laura Whitmore has been eliminated from Strictly Come Dancing.
The Bray native danced on the Saturday night show to the samba with partner Giovanni Pernice before the Sunday show announced her elimination.
The presenter was still recovering from her ankle injury as she competed but ended up in the dance-off against BBC sports presenter Ore Oduba and his partner Joanne Clifton.
Laura took to her Instagram to thank her fans for their support.
“Thank you all for such wonderful comments and support,” she wrote.
“[I] didn’t feel I was ready to leave, had so much more to show but learned so much from the journey.
“And the wonderful friends I now have for life.”
