Yvonne Connolly has admitted that she once considered becoming a nun.
The 42-year-old, who has had an impressive modelling and presenting career, revealed that she almost took a totally different path.
“I often read the Bible before bed, and staying on at Loreto Abbey to become a nun crossed my mind,” she said.

The mother-of-three further admitted that even though she wouldn’t have lasted as a nun, her grandmother almost became one too.
“I would never have lasted as a nun, I had too much living to do,” the Kildare native said to Life magazine.
“Strangely enough my granny had been a novice and left before she became a nun. But I loved Loreto.”
Yvonne has admitted she couldn’t be prouder about her boyfriend John Conroy’s Emmy nomination.
