Storm Uechtritz has told how she never expected to fall in love with Ronan Keating – after never even going on a date before their first kiss.
The Australian TV producer met the Boyzone star while working on the Oz version of the X Factor after he was coming out of the end of his relationship with Yvonne.
And Storm, 32, says while she didn’t fall in love with Ronan Keating instantly – but now feels they’ve known each other for their whole lives.

“Falling in love didn’t happen instantly but it felt like I’d known him my whole life. We had good craic and used to laugh and joke a lot and immediately became great friends,” she said.
“We had The X Factor and had our own stuff going on and then it evolved over time… He asked if I wanted to catch up over a curry.
“We didn’t mean to go on a date but at the end of the night, the kiss just sort of happened.
“It was almost like everything else had been evolving to the curry dinner and that kiss and when it finally happened, it was like, ‘Ahhh, that was actually really great’. That’s when it all began.
“I’ve never had this feeling before. It’s really quite hard to describe unless you know it. It was just an instant bond, like we’d known each other for years.”

Now Storm admits Ronan makes her so happy every day – with his face making everything alright each morning.
“Every morning, I wake up and this is the God’s honest truth – when I see that cute little face of his, I feel so much joy,” she told Hello.
“That’s when you know you’re truly happy – when you’re in those little moments when you’re in those little moments where you’re not really doing anything but you’re smiling so broadly from the inside.
“Or I might be laughing with him and I just feel I could explode with love and so much happiness. He’s amazing, I love him.”
