Fans have been left seriously disappointed after Niall Horan’s Dublin gig sold out almost immediately after tickets went on sale.
The former One Direction star will play the Olympia Theatre on August 29, but fans are now calling for a second date to be added as so many didn’t manage to get tickets.
The Mullingar man sparked huge excitement when he announced his first solo tour, entitled Flicker Sessions, which will start next month ahead of his debut album release.
However, fans are calling for more tour dates to be added, given the intimate size of the venues he will perform at.

Dublin Tickets for Niall Horan were sold out at 9, surely that’s enough reason to add another date in your home land? @NiallOfficial ??

Earlier this week, Niall released a statement asking fans to be patient as he tries to organise his tour schedule to next year, promising “more exciting news soon”.

“It’s been amazing to see such an amazing reaction to the Flicker Sessions,” he said.
“Thank you so much as per usual for your love and support. For those of you wondering why I’m not stopping nearer you this time, please bear with me a little longer while I plan 2018.
“This is just the beginning and an opportunity for me to re-learn the craft of doing shows and touring in general. Please stay patient and there will be more exciting news soon. Love you all,” he added.
