U2 have penned a song to say thanks to TXFM, who played their last song yesterday.
Irish celebrities have since voiced how much they’ll miss the station, with Brendan O’Connor admitting that he hopes another alternative music station will be set up.
In the song, the band says thanks as Bono repeats “TXFM”, as the band play the classic U2 sound of melodic instruments and Bono’s booming voice.
