Tom Cruise has publicly opened up about Scientology for the first time in years.
The actor first joined the religion in 1990 with his wife at the time, Mimi Rogers, and has said it helped him with his dyslexia.
“It’s something that has helped me incredibly in my life,” he said.

The American is actively involved in the Scientology community, and was interviewed about the religion by the Church Of Scientology in a video that has since gained over 10 million views.
“I’ve been a Scientologist for over 30 years,” he told ITV News as he was asked about Louis Theroux’s My Scientology Movie.
“Without it, I wouldn’t be where I am. So it’s a beautiful religion. I’m incredibly proud.”
