Kodaline have revealed they’ve been living with Courteney Cox – as they record tracks with her Snow Patrol fiancee.
Frontman Steve Garrigan said the ex-Friends star is “really nice and down to earth” – with their Malibu house even coming with their own beach.
He said: “The second album’s finished, but we’ve been recording some extra songs here with Johnny McDaid from Snow Patrol and staying in his and Courtney Cox’s house for a while. She’s really nice and down to earth.

“Their house is in Malibu; it’s pretty swanky and has its own private beach and stuff.
“It’s funny, we went from a studio in County Leitrim straight to Malibu where it’s been 20 degrees one day, 25 the next.”
And Courteney has given them her approval, telling fans on Twitter: “These are my crazy talented friends, Kodaline. Get to know em now cause their second album will be out soon. So amazing!”
Meanwhile Steve told Hot Press that they plan to have their second album out next year.
He added: “We’re announcing a tour pretty soon, which again will be early next year. It’ll be Europe, then America and we’ll probably be doing festivals in the summer as well.”
