Musical I, Keano has axed a performance by paedophile Gary Glitter from its comeback.
Despised Glitter’s 1973 hit I’m The Leader Of The Gang was sung by the entire cast during the football musical’s original run, which began in 2005.
However, the Irish Sun have revealed the song will be replaced when it returns to the Olympia Theatre next March.

A source said: “Gary Glitter is such a reviled figure now, a song by him would stop the laughter immediately. It just wouldn’t work, neither would we attempt it.”
Bosses are currently searching for a suitable replacement before the show starts again in March at the Olympia theatre.
Glitter was jailed in 2006 for molesting two girls in Vietnam, with the 70-year-old’s music since banned by Irish and British radio stations.
