The pair’s duet I Remember Everything sat at the top spot for 20 weeks until Beyoncé shook things up.

A host of famous faces welcomed the superstar into the country music community, including top artists Lainey Wilson and Maren Morris.

The 32-time Grammy award-winning artist also released another country track, 16 Carriages on the same day.

The mother-of-three’s two songs were announced during CBS’ broadcast of Super Bowl LVIII in a Verizon commercial.

Byeoncé is set to release an entire country album, titled Act II, on March 29th as a follow-up to her album Renaissance LP.

According to Billboard, Texas Hold ‘Em received: “19.2 million official streams and 4.8 million in all-format airplay audience and sold 39,000 in the U.S. through February 15.”

The singer’s other track 16 Carriages drew: “10.3 million streams, 90,000 in radio reach and 14,000 sold,” according to the outlet.

The 42-year-old is currently the first and only woman to have topped both Hot Country Songs and Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.

Members of Beyoncé’s fanbase, The Beyhive, have shown their support for the artist as they came together to force an American country music radio station to play her songs after they initially refused.

Last week, a user took to X to claim that the Oklahoma-based country music station KYKC had declined their request to play her new single Texas Hold ‘Em.

In the post, the user wrote: “I requested Texas Hold ‘Em at my local country radio station (KYKC) and after requesting, i received an email from the radio station stating ‘We do not play Beyoncé on KYKC as we are a country music station.'”

The user also shared a screenshot of the emails to prove their story.

The station KYKC posted a follow-up screenshot of its playlist, reassuring fans the song is now in its rotation alongside the caption: “Lots of call coming in for Beyoncé’s Texas Hold ‘Em. It’s coming up in minutes.”
