Fans were devastated by Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan’s split announcement yesterday, and now the real reason behind their break up has been revealed.
A source has told the New York Post’s Page Six that the pair separated “due to spending more time apart because of the pressure of work.”
“Channing has been working non-stop, with four movies announced for 2018 alone. It is hard on a marriage to be apart so much, especially when you have a young child. Plus Jenna is in pre-production for the movie, ‘Berlin I Love You.’”
The source added, “Both Channing and Jenna are devoted to their daughter and have worked hard to spend as much happy family time together, despite the problems in their relationship that the distance has seemed to magnify.”
Although the couple announced their split yesterday, they’ve actually been separated for quite some time now.
Eyebrows were raised when Jenna attended the Oscar’s Vanity Fair party without Channing.
At the time, she claimed that he was at home with their 4-year-old daughter, Everly, so she could enjoy a “girls night”.
