Kylie Jenner reveals the meaning behind her son Aire’s name

Kylie Jenner has revealed the meaning behind her son Aire’s name.

The reality star welcomed her second child with her on-off rapper beau Travis Scott last February, and initially called her baby boy Wolf.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder, 25, later decided to change her son’s moniker – as she didn’t think Wolf suited him.

Speaking on the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kylie explained to her best friend Stassie Karanikolaou: “I just always wanted a name for him that had meaning. And I like [Aire] —it’s a Hebrew name. It means Lion of God.”

“Find your name before your hormones start raging and you have the child. It was the hormones that took me out. It was like, I’m too emotional. He’s so special to me. There’s not a name good enough for him.”

In a confessional, the mum-of-two said: “I didn’t realize the postpartum would hit me that hard. I never called him Wolf, ever.”

“That night, I cried in the shower and I was like, ‘That’s not his name. What did I just do? Wolf?’ Someone just told me this 24 hours ago and I just named my son Wolf. Like it wasn’t even—it wasn’t even on the list!”

Kylie finally revealed her son’s new name just one month before his first birthday.

She added on The Kardashians: “I want to start living our lif. I want to take him to Disneyland. I want to take him out and live life and not worry about what other people think.”

Kylie and Travis, who split at the end of last year, are also parents to a five-year-old daughter named Stormi.
