PICS: East Coast Cookery School comes to Dublin

It was all about the sea food this week at Dublin hotspot Medley.

Tara Walker invited guests to her Termonfeckin based East Coast Cookery School by taking it on tour to Medley, Drury Streeet, Dublin this week.

Friends and foodies enjoyed a true taste of Tara’s cuisine sampling a range of signature dishes and hearing about the recently expanded cookery school.

A host of foodie lovers were treated  to seafood cooking demonstrations, wine tastings and nibbles from local producers.

Guests started on caramelised onion bread, smoked butter whilst sipping on the finest white wine provided by Seamus Daly of Quintessential Wines.

Event go-er’s dined on a range of scrumptious seafood including smoked salmon, crab claws, prawns and squid.
