Taking to social media to announce the news, the blonde beauty wrote: “Best thing about this dress… POCKETS!! If you’d like this dress tweet bid and #whitmorefrock before midday this Friday. All Proceeds go to Guide Dogs/mind”.

The TV star revealed she will donate the money raised to two great causes – the Guide Dogs and Mind, a mental health organisation.

The auction kicks-off today so if you want to get your mitts on it simply tweet bid with #whitmorefrock and the highest bidder by Friday at 12pm will get the dress.

Not only will the highest bidder get the former MTV News hosts’ guna but the Wicklow woman will send a personalised thank you and post the dress herself.
