Marc O’Neill has proved he’s more than a reality TV star after he graduated from NUI Maynooth with a 1st class honours.
The Big Brother contestant finished his degree in organic chemistry and molecular biology at the Kildare university before he entered the house this summer.
Making a splash on this year’s Channel 5 show, the former stripper quickly became a fan favourite amongst viewers for his hilarious antics.

Although the Kildare native’s star rose in the UK, Marc had already made a name for himself in TV3’s Tallafornia.
Appearing on the programme before it was cancelled, the 29-year-old was known for his love of streaking and his constant state of undress.
However, it’s unlikely we’ll see the graduate on our screens again after he previously revealed he is state-side bound.

“I don’t want to be that 50-year-old lad pulling 18-year-old birds saying, ‘I’m that fella off Big Brother – do you remember me?!'” he said.
“In December I’m going to finally grow up and be a scientist in L.A. If it falls through or I don’t want to be a scientist…the beach is there!”
