Andrea Corr: 'We're in no rush to follow-up our album'

Andrea Corr has revealed her band The Corrs are in no rush to follow up their current album White Light.

Having sold more than 45 million records globally since they started in the music industry, Andrea admitted her and her siblings are happy continuing as a band after their European tour.

“There is no game plan but we are all happy, out playing,” she said.

“There is no plan to quickly record another follow up record after this I’d say as long as we all happy will continue. And we are all very happy.”

Speaking to the Sun, the Louth native admitted the four-piece will be nervous performing to an Irish crowd when they play Dublin’s 3Arena and Belfast’s SSE Arena later this month.

“There’s always a feeling about doing a gig back home in Ireland,” she explained.

“Both shows will be special because we will have friends and family from Dundalk in Dublin and Belfast. We’re was expecting a warm reception.”
