Johnny Depp is reportedly not going to show up at Friday’s trial with wife Amber Heard.
His estranged wife is in the process of filing a restraining order against the Alice in Wonderland star.
According to TMZ Amber’s team are convinced that Johnny will refuse cross-examination out of fear of saying something damaging while under oath.

It comes after TMZ reported that Amber rejected an offer of $50,000 a month for eight months as spousal support because the offer came with a mutual restraining order.
Amber apparently “refused” to accept, as she says she is not guilty of any violence.
