New bombshell Josh Brocklebank has a “secret connection” to Love Island.
The 26-year-old entered the villa on Thursday night alongside Ella Barnes.
Josh, who hails from Essex, works as a financial advisor.
According to The UK Sun, Josh has a “secret connection” to Love Island – he used to date former Islander Demi Jones.
Demi appeared on the 2020 winter series of the hit dating show, during which she had romances with Nas Majeed and Luke Mabbott.
It comes after it was revealed that he’s “best friends” with Love Island 2018 contestant Zara McDermott.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Wednesday night, the reality star penned: “I am so excited that my best friend is going into the Love Island villa!!!”
“CANT WAIT TO WATCH YOU JOSHY!!!! Love you!!”
Ahead of his stint in the Love Island villa, Josh said: “It’s such an amazing opportunity and not many people are fortunate enough to experience it, so I feel really excited and lucky to be heading into the villa. I can’t wait to get grafting the girls.”
“My biggest selling point is my personality. I’ve got a lot of energy so I will be bouncing and dancing my way around the Villa! I’ve also got a sharp trim and a great smile, my smile can definitely get me into trouble with the girls!”
Speaking about who he wants to couple up with, Josh admitted: “I’m most attracted to Jess [Harding] and Kady [McDermott]. Personality wise, I think I’d be a great match for Jess. She’s so bubbly and has similar energy to me.”
“Kady is also beautiful, she’s a similar age to me and seems to know what she wants which I think is really attractive.”
