According to The UK Sun, Ella used to date contestant Aaron Simpson.
The 26-year-old appeared on the 2021 series of Love Island.
During his brief time in the villa, the footballer was coupled up with Mary Bedford.
The UK Sun have also reported that Ella is best friends with former Islander Belle Hassan.
Belle appeared on Love Island back in 2019.
The blonde beauty was a Casa Amor bombshell, and coupled up with Anton Danyluk.
