Molly-Mae Hague breaks her silence on home burglary

Molly-Mae Hague has broken her silence on the burglary that took place in her home last week.

While she was attending an event in London last week with her boyfriend Tommy Fury, the couple’s apartment in Manchester was targeted by professional thieves, and £800k worth of items were stolen.

The pair were so traumatised by the incident that they moved out of their £1.3million rented accommodation straight away, and reportedly hired 24/7 security.

The Love Island stars attended the Pride of Britain Awards on Saturday night and ahead of the event, Molly-Mae finally addressed the incident.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, she shared a black-and-white photo of the couple holding hands, and wrote: “An overwhelming week. I can’t thank you all enough for your kind messages regarding what happened to our home last week.”

“We are eternally grateful to have such incredible and kind followers. We are safe and that’s all that matters. Onwards and upwards now…”

It comes after Molly reportedly vowed to be “more careful” about what she posts on social media following the robbery.

According to reports, Molly fears the gang of robbers were “tipped off” by the designer purchases she’s shared online.

The 22-year-old regularly shares hauls on YouTube and Instagram, including items worth thousands of pounds.

An insider told OK! magazine: “Molly has been left really shaken up. It was a huge robbery and it was a targeted attack.”

“She’s now realised that she has to be more careful on social media and what she posts. She has a lot of followers and a lot of people watching her.”

“She’s going to be so careful going forward and she’s totally learnt her lesson,” the source added.
